My love of sharing life lessons on my children at every possible opportunity comes from my dad. Lectures and lessons accompanied everything we did. He imparted knowledge and wisdom at each stage of our lives. As children, my sister and I weren’t able to appreciate knowing how cannons were made, how transmissions work, how Led Zeppelin changed the face of rock and roll, or why sincere apologies are important. Now that we are older, wiser, and have kids of our own, we give lots of credit back to our dad for how all of his lessons shaped us into the curious, compassionate life lesson-teaching people we are today!
