Ginger which contains Gingerol, has been used for centuries to help with health issues such as nausea, inflammation, digestion and fighting the common cold or even the flu. Studies have shown that ginger can reduce blood sugar, lower cholesterol, reduce menstrual pain, and even protect the brain against Alzheimer’s Disease. Now, one glass of this homemade Ginger Tea will not make all that happen for you today, but incorporating more ginger into your diet may help get you on that track.
