These are the last few days of our 2 Week Menu, and we hope you have found yourself saving time and money while enjoying not having to think about the answer to the question we hear so many times a day, “What’s for dinner?”
After so much time spent in quarantine with limited options for restaurant food, I know many of us are tired of cooking, so we have tried to put together tasty and easy to prepare meals. We would love your feedback to help us improve future menu plans, and we would love it if you would share this with your friends too! Thank you!!
Thursday
Oh, How I love this Peanut Stir Fry. It is easy, and the flavor of the Peanut can be made stronger by adding an additional teaspoons of peanut butter. If the sauce gets too thick, add a little water to thin the sauce out. Make sure that the sauce covers all vegetables.
Serve over Rice/Cauliflower Rice/Noodles.
Friday
Chili is very versatile. It can be eaten so many different ways and so many different topping.
Saturday
Order Out for Delivery or Takeout. Local Businesses could really use our support right now!
Sunday
Pork Tacos or BBQ Baked Potatoes
- Cook Pork and/or Baked Potatoes.
- For Tacos, add Pork and Toppings to Flour or Corn Tortillas.
- For BBQ Baked Potatoes, add BBQ Pork to Baked Potatoes and add your favorite toppings like Butter, Sour Cream, Cheese, and/or Green Onions.
