Hopefully you were able to take out of the freezer the meat for the next few days. Just place in the refrigerator. Please know that these recipes are very flexible and were created with what my family will eat, or what was in my refrigerator at the time the recipe was created.

This menu is meant to help you save time and money. But if your family will not eat the food, please cook what they will eat. Substitutions can be a good thing while you are trying new recipes. We all need to use what we have and save as much money that we can at this critical time in our nation.
Thursday
Yummy Tacos
Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos with Rice and Beans
These tacos are a favorite in our family. I know that people are either cilantro lovers or haters, so substitute whatever you have to make this recipe. Or make the chicken tacos the way you would usually.
Friday
Crock Pot Italian Meatballs
This is an easy crock pot meatball recipe. Let’s save some time and add a Salad Kit to have a complete dinner. Substitute ground beef or a vegetarian meat option to make this a meal your family will love.
Saturday
Take Out/Pick up Dinner from a favorite local restaurant. They are struggling!We have been ordering takeout and making it such a special occasion in our house. When we get home we take out the Good China and plate all the food. We may even put on some dressy clothes or shoes. We light candles and put on music and have a family discussion about something fun. It really is a great bonding time. I guess I really do love spending time with my family, and our oldest will be going to college soon, so this time is precious.
Sunday
Clean Out The Fridge Fried Rice
This is a great Sunday Dinner to start off the week with a quick and easy meal that everyone will love. Cauliflower rice would be a great substitution. Use whatever you have in leftover vegetables on hand or add 1/2 frozen bag of mixed vegetables.
Take our Chicken, Ground Turkey/Beef, and Pork to thaw for the next few days.
